Patients, doctors, administrators, and even coworkers don’t treat nurses with the respect they deserve. They are looked down upon for the work they do when nurses actually do most of the work in hospitals. They treat, care, and attend to every need of the patient which is a very difficult task to do in a hospital environment. There is a shortage of nurses in America and being treated unfairly is a big reason. I am asking Susan P.
